Women's Morning 2026 Talks
Episode 2: Overflowing Hope with Lily Miller
In this second talk from the Commission Women's Morning, Lily Miller explores Romans 5:1-11 and the transformative power of knowing who we are in Christ. Lily unpacks what it means to truly boast in the hope of God's glory—not as a requirement, but as a natural overflow of hearts filled with assurance. Through vivid illustrations and personal reflections, she walks through the profound realities of our identity: justified, at peace with God, standing in grace, and saved through Christ. Lily addresses how Christians can glory even in suffering, anchored by the certainty of God's love poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. This talk challenges listeners to let go of false narratives and embrace the truth that our hope rests not in what we have in Christ, but in Christ having possession of us.

Women's Morning 2026 Episode 1: Overflowing Hope with Linda Allcock
Join Linda Allcock from the Globe Church in Central London as she explores Paul's letter to the Romans and his passionate mission to share the gospel. In this first of two talks from the Commission Women's Morning, Linda unpacks Romans 1:14-17, examining why Paul was both "eager" and "not ashamed" of the gospel. Through personal stories and biblical insights, she reveals the gospel as a four-times precious gift—powerful enough to transform anyone, from Paul himself to modern seekers. Discover how God's righteousness is revealed, received by faith, and offered righteously through Christ's death and resurrection. This talk challenges listeners to overflow this precious message to those around them, continuing Paul's ambitious vision to reach the world for Christ.

REVIVE 2025 | "Identity" Youth Seminar from Jonty Allcock
Thursday Aug 21, 2025
Thursday Aug 21, 2025
This is the Co-Mission summer series covering the talks and seminars from REVIVE, our annual festival. This episode is the youth seminar entitled "Identity" from Jonty Allcock, pastor at The Globe Church
Confident, insecure, fearful, pressure, pretending, shame,.. a swirling concoction of emotions that feed into our fragile sense of self worth and identity. It might sound weird, but a proper grasp of justification will really help us rise above the storm and root our identity deeply in Christ. We will be talking mostly about that. It will be fun. And possibly life-changing.
Jonty is the pastor of The Globe Church, helps to lead at a Contagious Youth Conference and was once a teenager. He doesn’t claim to have all the answers but is increasingly convinced that Jesus is spectacular and the gospel transforms us. He also supports Southampton so at very least you could feel sorry for him.

Thursday Aug 14, 2025
Thursday Aug 14, 2025
This is the Co-Mission summer series covering the talks and seminars from REVIVE, our annual festival. What can we do with Christians we disagree with? Ed Kendall, vicar of St. Michael's Fulwell, helps us work that out on this one.
What happens when Christians and churches disagree? How should we handle it? When can we agree to disagree and so work together? When do we need to draw a line? This seminar seeks to help us, both as churches and individuals, to navigate the complexities of differing convictions with a concern for truth, grace and gospel unity.
Ed Kendall is the vicar of St Michael’s Fulwell in Teddington. Planted into a derelict building in 2015, the church has just celebrated its tenth anniversary. Ed is married to Sally and they have three children, Harry, Bella and Theo.
