The Co-Mission Podcast

In this episode, we hear from Catherine Brooks and Pete Snow. Cat is from St. John's Chelsea and the author of muminzoneone.com. Pete Snow is the Pastor at St. Paul's Harringay.
Cat has also written a 4 part series of articles on the same topic of "Living Urban For Jesus" you can find that at bit.ly/LivingUrbanForJesus.
London is one of the most exciting, diverse, and vibrant cities in the world, but that can also come with its fair share of challenges. Pete and Cat engage in that conversation and talk through what it looks like to be part of God's plan and stay to reach the lost of our city.

In today's episode, we'll hear a seminar from REVIVE on "Parents and Teens in the City".  It was given by Jonty Allcock, Pastor at The Globe Church and Steph Parker from Dundonald Church.
Being a teen isn't easy, nor is being a parent of a teen. It's harder still in a culture that can be unaccepting and sometimes opposed to the gospel we believe in. We'll hear how teens and parents can navigate this together as a team. We'll also hear from parents and teens about their experiences.

In this episode, we start hearing our seminar talks from REVIVE 2022. In this episode, we hear from Andrew Sach on the topic of "Doubt In The City" Andrew Sach is the pastor at Grace Church Greenwich. We live in an age of comfortable agnosticism. How can we approach effective evangelism in an age when people are more often indifferent than they are directly opposed?

A short but vital message on the unity that's found in Christ. Santhosh Thomas from Dundonald Church had this short intro to the weekend and talk on a bit from Ephesians. This is a good one, so we hope you enjoy it.

We're excited to start sharing with you talks from this year's REVIVE. After three years apart, we gathered together as a network of churches across London on a field in Canterbury to be encouraged in community, refreshed by God's word, and energised for mission.  This year's theme was "Go To The Great City" on the book of Jonah and how God used a reluctant evangelist to accomplish his purpose. If God can use Jonah, he can use us as well.
We return to our churches refreshed and energised to share the gospel with a city that needs to hear it.  This is part one from Co-Mission's Mission Director, Richard Coekin. We pray you'll find it encouraging.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks as we'll share more talks and seminars from the weekend.
